Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for the ride online?
All rides will be listed on the Calendar. To sign up when a ride near you is open, you'll click the button Sign Up Now and complete a form. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt.
How far/long/intense is the ride?
Ride times vary by event. Check your ride's details to make sure you know what time you're riding, and for now long. No matter how long the ride, one thing never changes - you can spin at your own pace, and instructors are leading the ride to keep you motivated and inspired!
How do I train for event?
It's up to you - some rides will offer free training leading up the the event. Check your event for details. If not, light training on an indoor bike is a great way to get ready, but not a requirement. Remember, this ride is done at your own pace.
If I register but am unable to ride, is my registration fee refundable?
Please contact Jason Lalonde at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unable to ride for an event you signed up for. In most cases a refund can be issued within 1-2 business days.
What should I know about this website?
Once you register, you'll be given a personal fundraising page to customize with your story and photos, and to share with contacts as you work toward your fundraising goal. You'll be able to track who's donated and reach out to thank them, send emails directly from your headquarters, update your page and fundraising goals, and so much more. Your page is secure, and so are donations made to your page. If you have any questions about the website or your page, you can contact Jason Lalonde at email@example.com.
